Our Beginnings

WoodFire Brands knows a thing or two about crafting the perfect pita. As a fourth-generation family business with deep roots in our homeland of Lebanon, our story began nearly a century ago. In the 1920s, our great-grandmother started wood fire baking thin pita in her home, quickly becoming the village’s go-to source for fresh, authentic bread. Her tradition of quality, care, and community lives on in every bite we make today.

Woodfire Pita Chips was Born

In 2018, we reimagined our traditional thin pita bread and introduced WoodFire Crispy Pita Chips. An idea that quickly took off. What started as a small batch experiment became a local favorite. Today, we continue to bake with the same passion at our facility in Vienna, VA.
